Looking stylish is not easy from keeping up with trends, finding clothes that flatter you to keeping up with the exorbitant prices fashion items pose, it all a challenge. Here are 7 unhealthy fashion habits that are causing you major harm and you need to kick asap. 
1. Over packing a heavy purse 
There is so much stuff women always need, from your wallet, glasses, camera to keys and makeup essentials, a woman’s bag is her whole world, but more than often you end up packing stuff you don’t need as well. Researchers prove that over packing your purse can cause shoulder and back problems so you need clean out your purse at least once a week and stop over packing it. 


2. Overspending on unsolicited pieces 
Most women are guilty of impulse shopping and spending a lot more money than needed on certain pieces are a big no-no. For example, if Baker hats are trending, but the trend is only going to last for a bit and there is no point over-spending on it. 
3. Blindly following trends
Everybody is guilty of this. Sometimes you spot a pair of knee high boots that every blogger is wearing or something that is really big in the industry and give in, but you need to stop and think are OTK boots really the most practical thing to wear during the summers or monsoons. Know what you need and what suits you. Trends are just there to help you and give you inspiration on how you can spice up your wardrobe but at the same time do it your own way. 
Don’t be afraid to say no and you do not have to follow each trend to be stylish.

4. High heels
High heels are something most girls cannot live without but wearing too much of hem on a daily basis can be really unhealthy for your body. Wearing heels all day every day is not good for your feet and it is important to rest your feet once in a while. 
You can always carry heels and fold over flats and simply change into heels before walking into a meeting.

5. If the jeans zip up, it does not mean they are your size 
It is very important to ditch the habit of unhealthy-ly wearing super tight clothes. Not only are they going to keep you feeling uncomfortable all day but it also damages your circulation and elevate acid in your stomach and it is also unflattering.

6. Stop comparing yourself to models in the magazine 
More than often we end up browsing through a fashion magazine and compare ourselves with models and aspire to look like that, but we have to remember that it is their job and looking a certain way is what they get paid for. It is unfair to compare yourself to how skinny the models are! “Fashion Skinny” is not a thing and no one should strive for it.

7.  Wearing heavy jewelry
Wearing heavy jewelry can be strenuous and harmful. Heavy earrings stretch your piercings by pulling down your earlobes and can worsen a condition called an anterior head carriage. It also causes headaches and neck pains. Heavy bangles cause similar damage to your wrists – altering the alignment and irritating the radial nerve.
