Film Badlapur was a huge success, showing Varun Dhawan excel in his histrionics, now Sriram Raghvan is all headed for his next film Vikas Swarup’s The Accidental Apprentice, which is cienmatic version of Sheeja Jose’s Novel “Gone with the bullet”. The news is rumored as Akshay Kumar and Alia Bhatt playing the leads, as the story line revolves around an 18-years old girl following in love with a 40-years old assassin.
The story of very unconventional love, was to be directed by Sujoy Ghosh earlier and he was quite keen for the movie, but due to something gone bad reasons best known between Sujoy and Sheeja things never materialized and collaboration remained incomplete.
And after it fell in Sriram’s Lap he confirmed the news of casting being false as none of the above mentioned stars are working in it for sure and the casting is yet to be finalized and once done will be officially announced soon.
