Finally Baahubali-2 The Conclusions hit the silver screen hard and this time it seems Rajamouli has set a new record in the world of VFX. Yes as the reviews flooring in, in as extravagant style as the movie itself, Baahubali-2The Conclusion as one of the most anticipated movie of the year has won the audiences once again and this time with more energy it seems. Despite the cancellations of morning show all across the Chennai due to some financial discord among the production houses, Baahubali-2 The Conclusion gathered enough audience curious for the mystery why Kattappa Killed Baahubali?
The show is going houseful and it seems no surprise as people waited for the release with enough enthusiasm.
The movie review is quite impressive with critics rating 4.0/5 stars
The average readers remarks of 4.4/5 ratings
The casts of the movie- Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushkha Shetty, Satyaraj, Tamannaah, Nassar and Ramya Krishnan
Direction-SS Rajamouli
Genre-Action
Duration-2 hours 48 minutes
Storyline- Amarendra Baahubali (Prabhas) and Bhalla Dev( Rana Daggubati) are raised by single mother Sivagami( Ramya Krishnan) although they are cousins and Amarendra was orphaned when he was born, despite all the odds Sivagami brings up both the children as her own and imparts equal knowledge and opportunities to pass on the throne of Mahishmati, for the better ruler and benefactor. Which is disliked by Bhalla Dev’s Father and Bhalla himself. Together they conspires to overthrow Amarendra using Kattappa(SathyaRaj) and Sivagami.
Review- The story begins just where it ended in the first part, prequel Baahubali-2 The Conclusion has been nicely portrayed, where the imaginary kingdom Mahishmati gets a waterside view and is more richer and fantastic than previous.
It has more add-ons a fairy-tale city where the two Devsena ( Anushka Shetty) and Baahubali( prabhas) meets, spectacular views of moonlit nights, wars with animals horns burning and fighting the enemy, eagle carrying messages and aircrafts which fly. Mahishmati has an anthem too.
The beautiful works of Vfx and cinematography has no qualms left for the audience, else with so much added description it was like risking the whole extravaganza. It has done fair by setting a record in creating special effects.
The scale rises high at the entry of Baahubali who is taming down an elephant gone wild with loads of cheers from the audience. The first half movie shows the grim and revenge with a long courtship episode with warrior princess Devsena( Anushkha Shetty) as Kattappa be Baahubali’s comic partner.
Film gets in after Devsena rejects Bhalla Dev’s marriage proposal, sent by Sivagami (Ramya Krishnan) the queen of Mahishmati. In quick turns of events as conspired Bhalla Dev gains the throne and Baahubali is made the army chief.
Rana Daggubati efficiently pulls off the powerful evil king, while Ramya Krishanan as a powerful queen mother.
The cast of Baahubali has been beautifully narrated, however the female characters are not very catching, like Avanthika( Tamannaah Bhatia) Devsena too starts off as an ace warrior who is later held prison and tortured, although Anushkha Shetty pulls of elegantly the role of tortured and princess.
The whole story delves in the simple plot of the good over evil, with extra added conspiracies.
Baahubali2 The Conclusion is a visual delight for sure, who loves cinema as visual medium.
It sure is worth watching. Get your tickets for the show booked and have a look and have an opinion of yourself and the justification for the assassination of Baahubali by Kattappa.
