Kapil Mishra met Delhi Governer Lieutenant Anil Baijal, a after tanker scam and complained about the corruption eating up AAP, Anil transferred the case to anti corruption branch and asked to present reports within seven days.
Kapil claimed to have seen Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal take 2 crore rupees from health minister Satyendra Jain, was sacked on saturday. Although the allegations were rejected by AAP Government, and senior leaders like Kumar Vishwas thrashed the accusation saying even the worst of Kejriwal’s enemies can not think oh him as a corrupt politician.
The evidence submission against Kejriwal:
Kapil met with ACB today and submitted details of all those involved in the water tanker scam of 400 Cr rupees. ” I have given all the information on water tanker scam and I’ll seek an appoitment with Central Bureau of Investigation for the details of 2 Cr.rupees taken by Kejriwal and given by Jain”.
Upon which CBI said anyone willing to complain on solid base can visit the office anytime, sacked minister Kapil even went ahead with promise to reveal shocking information upon the same scam.
After the meeting Kapil quoted his statement with ANI saying after he became complainant and a witness, Kejriwal and his two aides Ashish Talwar and Vaibhav Kumar tried to scuttle the case and protect Sheila Dixit. Kapil has also asked for lie-detector test on both Kejriwal and Jain. ACB Cheif M K Meena will also meet L-G Anil Baijal for Kpail’s complaints.
Further doubts aroused when Kejriwal has maintained tight lipped on the issue Punjab Governor Gurpreet Ghuggi questioned.
Congress attacks AAP:
Sources said Kapil is just a planned trouble from opposition party challenging Kapil to prove his allegations. While CM’s office said are ready to release CCTv footage to challenge Kapil’s allegations. Further adding that Kejriwal is bound to speak on only Delhi related issues, refraining from party matters.
Sanjay Singh AAP leader said the party is being harassed and being dragged into biggest controversy”. saying the party is united “this is a 56-inch brave government they must rope in all agencies against us and jail us and probe us(Sic).”
Know the Water-Tanker Scam case better
1.After being sacked Kapil disclosed that he saw Kejriwal taking 2 crore rupees from health minister Satyendra jain, at kejriwal’s house.
2. Kapil alleged that despite his repeatedly asking about the money, Kejriwal kept delaying his question, saying few things in politics are better for future understandings.
3. while addressing press at Raj Ghat, kapil said he has met with L-G Anil Baijal and shared the details to which baijal will also share the details with CBI, further exposing Satyendra for fecilitating land deal of worth 50 crore, for kkejriwal’s relative.
4. Although Arvind Kejriwal hasn’t opened his mouth on the allegations charged, but his two aides Kumar Vishwas recently befriended by Kejriwal and Manoj Sisodia called the charges baseless.
5. Kumar Vishwas said if Kapil has proofs he must submit it with the Party and they will decide the fate scaling the proofs.
6. Opposition party reacted strongly on the charges, asking CM Arvind Kejriwal to resign from the post as he holds no moral rights to take the responsibilities as role of CM. Said the BJP Leader Manoj Tiwari.
7. Delhi Congress minister Ajay Maken and Kapil Mishra’s accusations aren’t mere charges but FIR must be filed against Kejriwal as they hold ” testimony of an eye-witness”.
8. Anna Hazare with whom Kejriwal started anti corruption drive said ” I can not tell how deeply sad I am”.
9. Ex AAP Colleague Yogendra Yadav said he won’t believe Kapil’s accusations until proved”.
10. Yogendra Yadav who now leads Swaraj India , he said he would believe the charges of greed, power, authoritarianism, arrogance but bribe needs solid evidences for Arvind Kejriwal.
Satyendra Jain has said to charge case against kapil Mishra on Defamation of his name as well as Arvind Kejriwal’s name.
